About your trip

Deadline to sign up February 1, 2026!

Join Us for an Unforgettable Ski Adventure at Mt. Bachelor!

Come ski with your friends from NWSCC clubs during one of the best times of the year at Mt. Bachelor! Whether you're an avid skier or snowboarder, or just looking for a fun getaway, this flexible trip is perfect for everyone. You can start your trip on any day and stay for 2, 3, 4, or 5 nights. Plus, add on extra dates before or after the full 5 day trip at an amazing price per room (not per person).

Why Mt. Bachelor?
Mt. Bachelor, located just 18 miles from Bend, OR (less than a 30-minute drive!), offers an incredible ski experience for all levels. With over 4,000 skiable acres, 101 runs, and 3,365 feet of vertical drop, it’s the sixth largest ski resort in North America. Enjoy the unique thrill of skiing on a volcano! March brings an average of 100 inches of snow, making it one of the best times to visit. Plus, Mt. Bachelor is an IKON pass destination, offering 7 days of skiing (5 days with the Ikon base pass). If you’re not purchasing an IKON pass, don’t worry—our group lift ticket rates are budget-friendly!

Stay in Comfort at the Element by Westin Bend
We’ll be staying at the Element by Westin, a high-end hotel just 4 blocks from downtown Bend. The hotel features spacious rooms with full kitchens, free breakfasts with made-to-order hot options, an indoor pool and hot tub, and free parking with EV chargers available. Plus, there’s a hosted happy hour Monday-Thursday nights, making it the perfect place to unwind after a day on the slopes.

Not Skiing? No Problem!
Bend offers plenty of activities for non-skiers or when you need a break from the slopes:

  • Explore movies, snowshoeing, or cave tours

  • Visit fascinating museums like the Newberry Volcanic Monument and High Desert Museum

  • Enjoy the vibrant arts scene at the Tower Theater

  • Discover local craft beer along the Bend Ale Trail or take a distillery tour

There’s something for everyone in Bend! Go to Visit Bend for more info on what’s happening during your stay.
